About Us
HighFlow Water Systems was founded nearly two decades ago by Mike Newell and his brother Bruce. Today, HighFlow remains family-owned and locally operated with a staff of five—two professional installers, two water experts in sales and marketing, and a warehouse manager. All of our equipment is manufactured in the USA and assembled or repaired at our warehouse in Whitmore Lake.
Mike has more than 30 years in the industry. Before founding HighFlow Water Systems, he experienced just how deficient customer service was during his tenure with other water treatment companies. Mike learned which systems were the most effective and how to handle water problems with a focus on customer service.
Early on, Mike discovered how vital reverse osmosis water was for his brother. Bruce's health was compromised by diabetes, and pure water was beneficial for his organs and health. Mike donated a kidney to Bruce, allowing them to work together for the last ten years of Bruce's life.
